These Terms and Conditions govern access to and purchases from Vantroz Trading at vantroztrading.com. The website is operated by VANTROZ TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or use the website with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for providing accurate account, contact and delivery information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login or verification credentials.

2. Products and Availability

We take reasonable care to present accurate descriptions, images, variants and availability. Colours and appearance may vary slightly by screen. Stock can change without notice, and an item may be withdrawn or cancelled if it becomes unavailable.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in INR and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. The final order total is shown before payment. Payment methods are limited to those displayed at checkout. Orders may be reviewed or cancelled where payment is not confirmed, information is incorrect, stock is unavailable or suspected fraud is identified.

4. Order Acceptance

An order acknowledgement confirms that we received the order; it does not by itself guarantee acceptance. Acceptance occurs when the order is confirmed for fulfilment or dispatched. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Shipping, Cancellations and Returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. These policies form part of these Terms.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or availability, submit false information, abuse promotions or use the service for unlawful activity.

The Vantroz Trading name, site design, text, graphics and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss, third-party service interruption or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer rights, disputes will be handled by courts having jurisdiction in Haryana.
