Shipping Policy

Vantroz Trading, operated by VANTROZ TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED, delivers orders to serviceable addresses within India.

1. Order Processing

Orders are normally verified, packed and handed to the delivery partner within 2-4 business days. Processing may take longer during public holidays, major sale periods or when an order requires additional verification.

2. Delivery Estimates

After dispatch, most orders are delivered within 3-8 business days. Remote or limited-service locations may require up to 12 business days. These estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weather, transport disruption, local restrictions or delivery-partner delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is currently complimentary across India. If a special delivery service or charge applies, it will be displayed in the cart or checkout before the order is placed.

4. Tracking

When tracking is available, the tracking reference is sent by SMS, email or displayed in the customer’s account after dispatch. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the parcel is handed to the delivery partner.

5. Delivery Address and Attempts

Customers must provide a complete and accurate address, PIN code and reachable mobile number. Address changes are not guaranteed after dispatch. If delivery fails because the address or contact information is incorrect, or repeated delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel may be returned to us and re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Delayed, Lost or Damaged Parcels

If tracking has not updated for several business days or the parcel is overdue, contact us with the order number. Visible package damage or an incorrect item should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so that we can investigate with the delivery partner.

7. International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available through this website.
