Product Pricing Policy

This policy explains how Vantroz Trading, operated by VANTROZ TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED, displays and manages product prices on vantroztrading.com.

1. Currency and Taxes

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Displayed product prices include applicable GST unless the product page or checkout clearly states otherwise. Any delivery charge or other permitted fee will be shown before the customer places the order.

2. Product and Variant Prices

The current selling price is shown on the product page and confirmed in the cart and checkout. Where a product is available in multiple sizes, colours or other variants, the applicable price is shown before the order is submitted.

3. MRP, Reference Prices and Discounts

Where an MRP or previous/reference price is displayed, it is shown separately from the current selling price. Promotional discounts, coupon conditions and validity periods may vary by campaign and will be disclosed with the relevant offer.

4. Checkout Price

The order summary shown immediately before payment is the final price for the selected items, quantities, discounts, taxes and any disclosed charges. Customers should review this summary before placing an order.

5. Pricing Errors

Although we take reasonable care, a product may occasionally be listed with an incorrect price due to a technical or data-entry error. If this affects an order, we will contact the customer before dispatch and provide the option to accept the corrected price or cancel the affected item for a full refund.

6. Price Changes

Prices and promotions may change without prior notice. A later price change does not alter an order that has already been accepted and paid, except where a clear pricing error is identified before dispatch.
